Construct a Diverging Diamond Interchange at I-96 over Grand River Ave 1.22 mi of hot mix asphalt and concrete pavement reconstruction, drainage, interchange reconfiguration, traffic signals, signing, lighting, pavement markings, retaining walls, bridge reconstruction with 69-inch plate girder, culvert rehabilitation and approach work on I-96 over Grand River Avenue in the city of Brighton, Livingston County. This project includes two 5 year materials and workmanship pavement warranties and a 2 year warranty on concrete surface coating. ** 42787 Ea or 42787 Fa **In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of Ea and Fa. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors. Those subcontractors must be designated prior to award of the contract to the confirmed low bidder.
